The hotel had a stunning view of the Falls, but some extra cleaning behind the furniture was needed. The upgrade to a Falls view room came at an extra charge. The service was a bit lacking with only basic amenities provided. The location was convenient but lacked changing room facilities. The dining experience was subpar due to slow service and lukewarm food.

The hotel room I booked wasn't as expected, with smaller rooms than shown online and lacking amenities like bottled water in the fridge. The parking fee was exorbitant at $70; I would have preferred paying $50, especially for a room with a view of both the American and Canadian falls.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and had a nice king bed, whirlpool bath, but the falls view wasn't clear as advertised. The hotel should improve its customer service to match international standards.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to Niagara Falls and a shopping area. The rooms, however, had no closets or ironing boards, and the manager's attitude was disappointing. The hotel's amenities, like a fridge, microwave, sink, couch, and desk, were convenient, but the view of the bathrooms from the room was a downside.

The hotel was situated in a way that allowed both my husband and me to have our own space, yet be together when we wanted to be. It was a bit more like a motel in terms of facilities instead of a $350 a night room, which can be frustrating and disappointing.

The hotel at the Embassy Suites Fallsview was really nice, although small by Embassy Suites standards. We had a great view of the Falls, but it was not exactly what we expected based on the booking information. The suite was actually two rooms, offering a spectacular view of all 3 falls.

The hotel promised to shift us to our original falls view suite but ended up in a crowded room on the seventh floor. The view of the falls was impressive, but the experience felt like chaos at times. The service was efficient, although we felt pressured for a hefty gratuity. The location was excellent, right in front of the Horse Shoe Falls, but the dining left much to be desired with disappointing breakfast options.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms were good and comfortable; you could easily sleep 6 people with 2 per bed. However, there was no bathtub for our baby, and the additional $20 for a King bed and a massage chair felt unnecessary on top of the $50 we already paid.

The hotel offers a fallsview room, but I was disappointed by the uncleanliness, with hair in the sink and clothes left from past guests. The view was not as expected, and the jacuzzi was dirty, making it hard to enjoy.

The hotel offers excellent rooms with a slight outdated feel but with a fantastic view of the falls. The service was professional and helpful, while the location is perfect for exploring and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The dining experience was good but could use some variety, and the facilities are convenient for a pleasant stay.
